What you should know before your request .
Who can submit a request?
Adults who want an individual medical assessment of their situation. Minors are excluded. Whether treatment is appropriate only becomes clear from the case-by-case medical review — the request itself does not prejudge the outcome.
How does the medical review work?
A doctor reviews your questionnaire answers, records the findings and documents them. You choose how the review starts: text questionnaire with shipping, video consultation or on-site consultation. If anything is unclear, there may be follow-up questions. Every case is decided individually; there is no automated approval path.
What does treatment cost?
The medical service is billed privately. The amount is shown before you commit: [Betrag vom Betreiber]. The medicine is billed separately by the pharmacy. Reimbursement by your health insurer is not excluded, but is checked individually and not guaranteed.
Can the request be rejected?
Yes. Prescription and rejection are both possible outcomes of the review. A rejection is explained and documented so the decision remains traceable. There is no entitlement to a prescription — anyone who promises a certain prescription is not acting responsibly.
How do I receive the medicine?
You choose your pharmacy freely in your selection before the medical review begins. There is no assignment and no tie to a particular mail-order pharmacy. The pharmacy ships to your address or releases the medicine for pickup; shipping times and conditions are set by the pharmacy.
What happens to my data?
There are two separate levels. For treating doctors, medical confidentiality under German law applies regardless of the technology used. Separately, GDPR governs the legal basis for processing your health data. Which parties are involved and how long data is stored is explained in the privacy policy.
